The Obama administration was given stark warnings just one month before that the federal healthcare site was not ready to go live, according to a confidential report obtained by CNN.
The caution, from the main contractor CGI, warned of a number of open risks and issues for the HealthCare.gov web site even as company executives were testifying publicly that the project had achieved key milestones.
The CGI document, which describes "outstanding issues currently being mitigated" says the testing timeframes are "not adequate to complete full functional, system, and integration testing activities" and lists the impact of the problems as "significant."
Another element is listed as " not enough time in schedule to conduct adequate performance testing" and given the highest priority.
The report also gave "the highest priority" and warns "we dont have access to monitoring tools" and "hub services are intermittently unavailable" -- short for the "site's not working sometimes."
One concern, listed as "severe," warned, "CGI does not have access to necessary tools to manage envs in test, imp, and prod. Specifically (1) we don't have access to central log collection / view (2) we don't have access to monitoring tools. We have repeatedly asked CMS and URS but haven ot been granted this access."

Re. the Hannity Show, the black guy who was saying the insurance companies were responsible for cancelling policies & not 0dumbo, that person was the libturd responder to the conservative Derick(?), and Derick is the one who received notice that his health insurance was being cancelled.
Small potatoes compared to the YEARS of warnings and knowledge team BO knew about the loss of insurance.
Can someone find that speech Obama gave to a union a few years back, where he said his ULTIMATE goal was single payer? He said you cannot jump right into it, you have to ease into it, but that is what he truly wants.
Rush played it yesterday, so it will be on his website now.
I can’t help but agree with you. I don’t think this is going to resolve itself.
Even after this site works maybe do the medicos think they’re going to push a button and, boom, their remittance for services will be on its way?
Do people with debilitating diseases think prescriptions will ready to pick up as planned, therapy is scheduled, no problem?
It’s a mess and notice how no one’s making fun of Cruz and Lee now....do ya notice this?
They are coming out of this heroes.....nobody’s singing odes to John McCain for his efforts to prevent this from happening.
I’m just sayin’.
I’m sure this news report is the first Obama’s heard about this.
Nice!
