“Wait till tax time next year when those who have employer provided Healthcare, that currently think they’ll be unaffected, find out they get taxed on the cost of their plan!”

That would be interesting and they might like to, but it would be difficult. There are probably nearly as many retired folks receiving health insurance from the companies they worked for as there are employes. What are they going to do? Send them a W2?

A 1099. That started last Jan. 1st. Speaking of retired folks, they get a 3.8% tax on passive income.
