Israeli companies handle most of the billing between cell system providers..dividing up the money between those who provided the service.
They do this on the fraction of second..and that gives the access to most of the cell phone communications in the world. There is no doubt that they have the capability to tap almost any cell phone.
If we don’t tap foreign leaders and others can..it leaves us not knowing what many of our enemies know about what are allies aren’t telling us. It is time to grow up and realize the anything in the cell system, phone system or internet is no longer private. You might as well twitter everything. If foreign govts and our own govt can’t keep stuff secret..it is their own fault.
