Well, it matters, because if they amnesty them, they are amnestied. There’s no going back.

The Constitution gives the Congress sole power to set our policies concerning immigration and naturalization.

Executive office usurpations and derelictions are one thing. Congressional amnesty sets it all in stone.

I think Barky has made a value judgement that Cracka America is uppity, and anything bad that happens to us in future is just well-deserved "blowback" </off Rat Liespeak> for our uppityness, about which he, possessing the Long Perspective and owning Political Correctness, is well-justified in standing aside with his arms folded while uppity Cracka America takes a pounding from nuclear-armed terrorists and terror-states who are expressing their fully-justified historical rage against uppityness.
