Hate to say it, but Iraq under Saddam was far more stable than this mess now.
We spent massive amounts of American blood and treasure... and for what?
I would even go so far to say we should have let Saddam have Kuwait....Why do we get involved in intra-Arab squabbles, Kuwait was just an invention of British map makers anyway....And they did get caught red-handed “drinking Saddam’s milkshake.”
