Obama has lost our trust

Obama has not lost my trust because he has never failed to fulfill every expectation I, and many other FReepers, held concerning the kind of man Barack really is.

We here on FreeRepublic knew that he was a full-blooded Marxist, a man with deep and sympathetic ties to the Muslim world, a man who detested America as it was legally and traditionally constituted, a man who despised much of the American Constitution, a man with associations which were worse than dubious. We feared that he would terribly damage the American economy, that he would exploit the "great recession" to impose his brand of Marxism on America disguised as "transformation."

Not a single one of these characteristics has been contradicted.

What has disappointed but not greatly surprised is a generalized tendency among the media to fail to characterize Obama for what he is: a radical Marxist. What has especially disappointed and to some degree surprised is a particularized tendency among Republican politicians including both John McCain and Mitt Romney to attack Barack Obama for the radical Marxist that he is.

Obama has done nothing prior to his election to earn our trust. His biography, his Marxist even communist associations, his writings, his public comments, his employment history, his decades long affiliation with Reverend Wright, his intimate association with American terrorists, his roots in Islam, his attachment to corruption in Chicago, his corrupt ascent to power by discrediting his opponents, all told us and should have told a world not blinded by reverse racism that this was a man unfit for the highest office in the world.

His actions in office since his inauguration with only a couple of exceptions are completely consistent with the description of his character outlined above. His tyrannical extension of executive power is consistent with his disdain for the Constitution. His exploitation of race is consistent with communist dogma. His shameless cronyism is consistent with this pattern of every communist ruler known to history. His distortion of government to reward his friends and punish his enemies, for example with the IRS, is typical of communists. Obamacare is a classic example of a tyrannical penetration of the whole of society in the name of the greater good that one sees in totalitarian communist regimes.

The list can go on and on. What is disappointing is the timidity of Republicans to call a communist a communist.

Perhaps our trust in the Republicans is what is being lost.

As many here has stated, There isn’t a second party. Its just the Democrats and the GOP which are lapdogs of the Democrats.
You can count the number of true conservatives on both hands and maybe have a few fingers left over.

True but what explains the timidity of the general public calling a communist who is an elected official a communist? Conservatives are called conservatives by anyone and everyone but it seems the fear of death keeps anyone from calling any American communist in a political office a communist yet we do so of such people in other countries as well as the local populations calling them for what they are.

Just who and how is this fear instilled into the fabric of our society.

We read and hear many descriptions of American politicians and their political leanings and yet, with hard evidence of deeds and sometimes self admission, none are described as communists...........why?

Well said! As Bill Ayers is a small c communist, Obama is a large C Communist. Any thinking American knew that in 2008. I too am very disappointed the media, Romney and the current Republicans refuse to label Obama a Communist.

O'Reilly broke the ice last week in his opening monologue with socialist and then he added the dreaded communist word. Events have shown and will continue to show Obama is a hard core communist.

If left unrestrained, I have no doubt Obama would go full Stalin/Mao on us. The problem is we have years to go with a lot more communist carnage before he is gone.
