Maybe she shouldn’t have dropped it. McDonalds makes it for you to drink, not drop in your lap. McDonalds should sue her for improper use of coffee. Maybe the old lady should only order iced coffee.

yeah it’s around 180-190 degrees so that bitter tannins don’t form at any higher temps. i shoot for 180-185.
