I stopped eating hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup, food coloring, msg etc etc.

I don't care about organic, I just want it to be "real" food.

I haven't been sick in the last couple years.

If you need a candy fix try Unreal. I get it at Target. It’s free of all of those things. We eat it sparingly as it is still candy, but I don’t have to worry about my kids bouncing off the walls. They make a Snickers type bar, M&Ms type candies, and Reese’s style peanut butter cups.
