If I ever go to Nigeria, they can take any fees from the $10 million waiting for me there after my uncle Dr., General, Ambassador died in a plane crash.

I would have prepared the most sarcastic apology in the history of apologies, but Ted Cruz is probably a better man than me.

I’m sure they were truly “offended”.

Geeze, what a bunch of thin-skinned whiners.
'Bataan Death March', 'Nigerian Scammers', Yelling 'Geronimo!' or 'Banzai!' -- they all have ethnic connotations that are bound to offend the easily offended.
The PC Police are always on the lookout to muffle our national lexicon.

I'm still shocked about how 'hanging nooses' (from the Jenna High School brouhaha from a few years back) became a racial slur. I always took 'nooses' and 'lynchings' as something that applied to rustlers and outlaws -- I had no idea that any references to lynchings belonged to the exclusive domain of a particular racial group.
We need to get less thin-skinned.

The Dems have racial pressure groups for all occasions that will say whatever they want.

I remember Jim Webb was hilariously defended by one for an especially horrible mischaracterization he had made about them. The media ate it up, of course.

You would think that the victim would realize that they are being scammed and stop.

You would think. . .but if that were likely. . or even possible. . how could there be a second term for Obama??!!

“You may have noticed that all the Nigerian email scammers have become
a lot less active lately,” Cruz said at a gathering with supporters in Houston
, according to the Houston Chronicle.
“They all have been hired to run the Obamacare website,” he joked.
Thanks, for the post...
Sen. Ted Cruz, Is on target...He's been taking a lot of AA Flax.

This is nothing more than a Pollutico hit piece, echoed by ABC. They’ll scour everything that Cruz says, and belch-out articles like this. Picture a Pollutico travellor calling up a few Nigerians to “get their reaction”, and then inflate it in an article. Any Nigerians saying “who cares” are ignored for the purposes of the article.

I think I’ll send that organization an email demanding an apology for being constantly spammed by their countrymen......

It’s official. There is literally no segment of humanity left that doesn’t have a group somewhere claiming to represent it, and which doesn’t get angered at the slightest comment.

I’m messing with one now on Craigslist regarding a boat they’re allegedly selling.

We’re almost to the “wire me the money” part of the dance.

CANAN maintains that despite the stereotype of Nigerians running email scams and being corrupt, the Nigerian-American community is one of the most educated and successful immigrant communities in the United States, with more than 17 percent of Nigerian-American immigrants holding a master’s degree or higher, according to U.S. Census numbers.

And yet somehow they're not smart enough to understand the difference between the email scammers and the non-criminal Nigerian-American community.

So, how educated and successful could they really be if they got suckered into whining about Cruz? IF they're not criminals, why are they so "offended"? (rhetorical question only - I know that they're not "really" offended, they're just playing a foolish game that is transparently obvious)

What a bunch of thin-skinned twits. Maybe if the Nigerians would pass a few laws—and then enforce those laws—to prevent online fraud, people would stop comparing fraudsters from other countries to Nigerian fraudsters.

When pressed for comment, the appropriate response for Cruz is "don't be ridiculous".

Our guys have to stop taking these media hyenas seriously.

The good Senator was specific...

“You may have noticed that all the Nigerian email scammers..."

If the shoe fits, wear it.

Oh, I see they (CANAN) did. LOL.

So ABC News Radio thinks this is important enough to hunt down the “Nigerian-Americans” as if there isn't any more important news than this!

Maybe they should track down Kathleen Sebelius and ask her what she meant by ‘I Don't Work For The People Who Want Me To Resign’ because I thought she worked for the AMERICAN PEOPLE!

“Nigerian-Americans’ seem more important to ABC News Radio than the rest of us who will be paying for this gigantic mess.

I guess the Redskins manufactured controversy is losing steam, so they need another one.
