How about House Republicans who refused to appropriate the money the Department of Health and Human Services said it needed to properly implement Obamacare?
How about Senate Republicans who tried to intimidate Sebelius out of using existing HHS funds to implement Obamacare?
How about congressional Republicans who refuse to permit the packages of technical fixes and tweaks that laws of this size routinely require?
How about the coordinated Republican effort to get the law declared unconstitutional?
How about the dozens of Republican governors who refused to take federal dollars to expand Medicaid?

Nonetheless, what you see here is the Democrat's emerging strategy. Trust me, Obamacare is going to be an abysmal failure. Everyone pretty much knows this and the Democrats are getting mighty worried because they see the writing on the wall too. So, Klein and Media Matters, etc., are now laying the groundwork to blame Republicans for Obamacare’s failure.
If only Republicans did this or funded that.
If only Republicans hadn't made it their mission to destroy Obamacare this would have and could have worked.
If only Ted Cruz didn't....
Mark my words, Democrats know this thing is a disaster waiting to happen so they need to start blaming Republicans for what is sure to come.
Once again, the DC GOP establishment needs to be reminded that the Democrats will NEVER accept responsibility and reverse course. It is a pipe dream to ‘let this collapse on it’s own’. It will never be removed under that scenario because the left and the media will use the exact same tactics to push through more ‘reforms’ and ‘fixes’ to make the situation even worse.
They’ll shift blame and move the goal posts and blame the GOP for not fixing it. The battle is to REPEAL and REMOVE GOVERNMENT BARRIERS TO HEATH CARE. Draw a clear line and charge forward on offense.

A few weeks ago, they literally shut down the government because they refused to pass a funding bill that contiained money for Obamacare.
The government was not "literally" or even figuratively shutdown, three quarters of the government remained open. Whoever shut down the closed portions it was not the Republicans, those decisions were made by the administration and quite arbitrarily.
In any event it was the President and the Democrats in the Senate who shut down the government because they refused any bill which funded the government without Obamacare.
What about the 30 million wood regulations that have already been adopted administratively to administer the law? I guess they don't really know how to talk about the truth.

OMG! President Hussein Zero’s premier program Obamacare has gone all Humpty Dumpty! Can all the king’s horses, all the king’s men (& women) and all the king’s media spend even more billion$ to get the fix? President Obama and his Democrat and media fellow travelers regularly spit venom at the “rich” but are all in the 1% themselves! In a weird “rusty” irony... the alleged defenders of us common folk... are the MOST 1% friendly government in our history! The only group who these last five years, have thrived are the “despised” tip-top media/political/corporate class (aka: one-percenters)! Many given FED “funny money” (Qantitative Easing) by the gazillions that puts even the most brazen welfare queens to SHAME!
Anyone who can look past the rhetoric and beyond what he says to what he does knows this! Yet so many of his blindly loyal followers seem to prefer hating the Tea Party/GOP rather than loving the country!?!? They see only the PROMISE... denying the grim REALITY of yet another failed and catastrophic socialist experiment.
