If you pull up the listing of the committee who manages the Nobel Peace Prize, and look over their resumes....most are all professors who have a political connection to liberal political parties in the host nation. My guess is that they all have some relation or communications with other professors in Europe, and the scripted winner of the award is known months of ahead of time...like the winner of a WWE-wrestling match.
