John McCain will be very upset. And Lindsey Graham will lament that he’s on the wrong side just before an election. Too bad. Oh, too bad!

All of the polls ask people how much they approve of the Republican Party, and the numbers are really low. The reason is obvious. Conservatives are disgusted with party leaders using Obamacare to win elections, while actually supporting it.

I'd think conservatives should do real well in 2014. The RINOs are exposed, good for primary fights. Then, come election time, dems are going to have to run on Obama's list of failures, which is just about everything he's done.

I think most people - where I am in this portion of rural Missouri - see the “Tea Party” as something that messed with the functioning of the Fed Gov and caused a shutdown and harm to the economy without accomplishing anything in the process. It didn’t stop the ACA (AKA Obamacare) and actually got the POTUS more of htan he would have gotten in a clean CR. The reputation of the Tea Party has been tarnished in the eyes of those, otherwise conservatives, that were made to suffer directly or indirectly by a shutdown that accomplished nothing tangible. The POTUS is still not popular, but the “Tea Party” (and the GOP by association) are being perceived as radical and not good for America. BTW - I live in an area that relies on the Military for its economy. So, that may make this area unique. I do hear for more folks moving towards being independents (non-libertarian ones).

Unless the candidate has the same back bone as Cruz, I won’t vote for a RINO romney, christie, rubio or ryan, dem wolves is sheeple clothing. Why should I vote for a RINO lite?

My answer to Wolfe, is NO!

Not only can you not be "the next Ted Cruz, you also cannot be the next Ronald Reagan!

Wolfe is a wolfe in Wolfe's clothing, in other words, a sham in plain sight, if one bothers to check him out!

He is no conservative and he doesn't know enough about true Libertarian principles to be that either!

I hope people will check the candidates out and not just take it for granted that they are conservative just because they use Ted Cruz’s name.

We need to get out the word to TEA folks NOT TO POLL. Next years’ primaries are going to be hacked six ways from Sunday, with over-the-top vote fraud, and we have to confuse the machine by NOT letting them know how many votes they need to manufacture or cast fraudulently.

We already have P-in-the Bush pretending to back Cruz during his run for statewide office.

Mr. Cruz also became a shorthand for tactics after he led a 21 hour,19 minute filibuster in September and insisted that fellow Republicans refuse to fund the rest of government until President Obama agreed to cancel the Affordable Care Act.

Of course, Cruz did no such thing. All the House resolutions fully funded the government with the exception of Obamacide.

I am just waiting for the leaked video showing Ted Cruz drinking Molson and swilling Tim Hortons donuts, watching Hockey Night in Canada and swearing his allegiance to the Queen.
