Then why are they armed w/ a rifle? If the mission was to observe then binos/telescope/camera would be in order.
Next question...why would you need such a setup at a pumpkin festival?
Yeah, just because there is a long gun on a bipod in front of them, a spotter scope to the right, and a range card conveniently taped to the knee wall doesn’t NECESSARILY mean they are a sniper team.
However, it might be “a clue”.
