Projecting a 22% increase year over year:
2010: 489,121 had HIV or 7.41% of the 6.6 million
2011: 596,727 had HIV or 9.04%

2013: 888,169 had HIV or 13.46%
This doesn’t take into account either one of the follwing factors:
- deaths (although, medicines are keeping ‘em alive and sticking)
- that as the % infected increases, there is an exponential growth rate
That would require they change their sexual behavior and they do not want to do that. So society must suffer for this.
