Most businesses do it end of October - early November. My point is that most people haven’t seen their new plans yet. How many businesses will change plans, raise premiums and deductibles, or pay the fine and send their employees to the exchanges? How many will find out their long-time doctors are no longer on the new plan? The sh!% hasn’t hit the fan yet.
