I believe he used NSA wiretapping and other methods. We already know he used the IRS to scare Tea party people.

He has to be impeached and he could be impeached quite easily, but the problem is we have too many RINOs who have infested the Republican party. I mean just think: They bash Ted Cruz more than they do Obama! That’s just utterly incredible to me.
