First of all, the guy is a skumbag for knocking over that stone. For that alone, he should have the book thrown at him. There muse be a law to covers doing damage to traditional stone formations or other quasi monuments in our national parks. At the very least make the guy pay for restoration, and all his little chums pitch in to help.

I’m not some echo freak, but this angered me a great deal. What an idiot!

Now as for the physical activity. I don’t know this guy’s case. I do know that there is a big difference between being able to do one act of strength, and actually working for four or eight hours per day, five days per week, for 52 weeks per year, minus time off.

It would seem the guy is fit enough to work. He may or may not be.

I will say, this was one very stupid compromising act. It’s just amazing how stupid some people can be.

And that is what people, and even agencies, don’t get about being disabled.
I have degenerative disc disease. I can still do things. What people don’t see is that yes I can rinse and dry off that car but afterwards I have to lay down for a couple of hours.
I take pain pills but mostly have learned to live with the pain. I am just determined that I am NOT gonna just stop but I know for a fact that there is no way I can still work. Besides I doubt that I could find an employer who would allow me to call in on the days that I get up and can barely walk, which happens all the time. Some days are better than others.
