Others reported the same numbers.
But I could not find FBI stats for 2007 that cover black-on-white and white-on-black violent crimes.
I have posted DoJ surveys of victims of crimes including for the year 2007. Turns out that appears to be the source. But what I have are DoJ stats obtained from interviews with tens of thousands of victims of crime.
Crimes of violence against whites 3,262,660 and 13.3 % were black offenders; that's 433,934 times
Crimes of violence against blacks 562,470 and 9.9% were white offenders; that's 55,685 times
Crimes of violence against whites by blacks is 7.79 times the number of crimes of violence against blacks by whites.
This appears to be the source of the claim. So if the Obama/Holder Dept. of Just Us and Our People have not deleted or altered the original Dept. of Justice files here it is:
Look for Table 42: "Percent distribution of single-offender victimizations, by type of crime, race of victim, and perceived race of offender"
If the data are still there you will see three categories of violent crime: Crimes of violence, Completed violence, and Attempted/threatened violence.
Crimes of violence completed against whites 916,170 and 13.4% were black offenders, that's 122,767 times
Crimes of violence completed against blacks 171,460 and 1.5% were white offenders, that's 2,572 times
Crimes of violence completed against whites by blacks is 47.73 times the number of crimes of violence completed against blacks by whites.
BTW, there are years when there are zero sexual assaults on black females by whites; that data are also found in the DoJ figures. While thousands of white women are attacked by black men each year -- yet the lucrative civil rights industry and its victims industry subsidiary tell us almost daily that it is reversed. None of the criminals have to have any connection to the organization beyond knowing of it and what it said publicly. The $PLC proved that point when they successfully sued white supremacist groups for millions of dollars.

I was thinking about the vehicle.
Getting out of the vehicle, even if armed with a firearm, seems unwise, which leaves one to try and shoot from the vehicle, which also seems unwise.
The most reasonable course of action seems to be to drive away, but no one should be under any illusion as to how doing so will be portrayed in the media.
And if a white person runs down black youths with his car, it WILL hit the media.
Better to avoid such a confrontation by avoiding places where it is more likely to occur.

Everyone here remember the legal concept of “disparity of force”.
It allows a person to use greater force than their attackers under certain conditions.
A group attacks you.
A person or group surprise attacks/ambushes you. As in the knockout game.
Larger person going after significantly smaller person.
Elderly person attacked by younger stronger person or persons.
People with physical disabilities being attacked.
People that are injured being attacked.
Person or people with non-gun weapons about to or in process of attacking you.
In these cases you can defend yourself with greater force than you believe them to have. The law recognizes the concept of disparity of force.
Remember it.
Also remember that the DOJ crime stats are skewed.
When “whites” are the attacker, DOJ lumps latinos and whites together for their number, in order to deliberately inflate the number and make it appear whites are committing more crimes.
When “whites” are the victim, DOJ does NOT include latinos in that number, to deliberately deflate (in comparison to what they do to the “white” attacker number) the number of white victims.
Disparity of Force. Drive over a few. Get the hell out of there.

I agree wholeheartedly. Avoiding such places is THE BEST approach. But concealed carry and knowledge/training in how to handle yourself could save your life when trouble comes your way in unexpected places. It happens.
Thanks. I was aware of the gov't shenanigan of lumping Latinos into whites to inflate "white violence" numbers; but showing white victims alone to prevent making the numbers look even worse than they are I never thought of.
I would be remiss if I did not also include in the crime numbers this fact: yes blacks murder (lets say) 7,400 whites in one year. There are I read 37,000,000 million black Americans. That computes to just two-one-hundredths-of-one-percent; to wit, 0.02% of 37,000,000 = 7,400.
With far more white Americans and fewer white-on-black murders annually I do not know what that minuscule percent would be. Way less than two-one-hundredths-of-one-percent for sure.

I went to schools with lots of blacks, about a fourth of my neighbors on the block were black. No fun getting jumped, picked on and having stuff taken. One girl I went steady with had blond hair, so naturally she was shoved down some stairs in high school, besides getting punched for no reason.
That having been said, there are several types of blacks. Some are very decent like us. My best friend in high school was black. My black neighbors were great. But some blacks are just evil, and there's enough of them to cause much pain. One of my nephews married a black gal (she's very nice) and she says she's scared of black punks. She says you can't tell by looking. My nephew is an officer, carries a gun and is very protective of her, being that they're a mixed-race couple.
