Put it back as it was or sit in jail until someone else does it for you at your expense.
*ALL* vandals should be made sever examples of. Singapore has about the right idea: cane the crap out of them, let ‘em sit in jail for a few days or weeks, make them restore it and then fine ‘em enough that they are never going to do such a thing again.
