I’m already being killed by H1Bs - they infest chip design and the Silicon Valley, and I’ve been out of work for a full year, DESPITE working hard and paying for expensive classes to keep my skills up to snuff.

H1-B’s need to be increased in healthcare (docs and nurses). They can fill the positions vacated as a result of ObamaCare. Additionally, where else can you get someone to work for low wages...just take a look at the VA healthcare system as a prime example. English as a second language is the norm.
