Obama does not care that this is a fiasco in its implementation. If it feels right, (wanting everyone to have affordable health care) that is what matters. It might someday be fixed, which would be fine, but the main thing is getting to pat himself on the back for “caring”.
If Sebelius were Repbulican and this were a Republican Admin. she would have been long gone...
