Subtle changes to the existing Constitution could be made and for the most adopted by the state, such as restricting votes by acreage and not individuals. Sgt, I like that. In the future I’ll forward that to President Cruz, the 1st President of the 2nd Republic of Texas as one of our Amendments.
And also strip every current and retired member of the military of their right to vote as well.
