If we had money to pay all our bills then the government wouldn't be running a deficit.

The federal gubmint has been running under continuing resolutions since Obumba was immaculated, instead of actual budgets. Whatever was budgeted prior to his immaculation continues on forever, including the multiple stimuli that were passed at the end of the Bush administration and at the beginning of the Obumba regime. That’s over a billion dollars of Obumba stash just floating around to be used as he feels.

Ya know, if there was an actual budget with actual debate and actual accounting, it may actually be possible to pay everyone, keep everything open, and not have to borrow. Hey, Obumba, why don’t you try that, instead of threatening everyone with annihilation?

That is entirely correct - there are 12 (I think used to be 13) Appropriation bills that originate in the House and go on to the Senate to DIE. The clown admin ignores the Constitution AND the Rule of Law on a daily basis and no one does a damn thing about it. Where is the oversight from the First Article? Unless Congress gets a deal and kicks the can down the road until after full implementation of Obamacare on 1-1-2014, then clown is going to just continue borrowing and ignore the US Constitution yet again and perpetrate a CONSITUTIONAL CRISIS. But don't look for leadership in the US House to do anything about it other than "Hold some Hearings".
