Headline says he was shot IN the motel. The story sort of indicates he was out checking on someone around his boat. So which is it?

The Olde English term “outlaw” used to mean, “outside the protection of the law”. Reserved for the worst of miscreants and imposed by the sheriff of the county.

That meant if you saw an “outlaw” and killed him, there was no penalty for doing so.

A precursor to “wanted dead or alive”. Effective, too.

What this country needs is Jesus Christ and a spiritual revival. The violence of black men is just one symptom of a larger problem.
