Agree. Who can get an emergency injunction from a Court to prohibit the barrycade iron curtains??? They are obviously prohibiting free speech and free association. They cost more to barrycade than to leave open, in direct contravention of the Anti-Deficiency Act. He has played his games with us long enough — on HIS terms, ordering barrycades put up with no legal authority but his own say so. There has to be a judge to issue an injunction or restraining order!
And most people are masters of walking while chewing gum at the same time, even LIVs.
A gallow would be more in order at this point.
They should have kept those barricades or at least have the truckers ship them out of DC. Perhaps send it to LA and barricade Hollyweird.

Because piling them up IN FRONT of the fence is Peaceful Protest.
Heaving them OVER the fence is an attack and an act of violence. Especially to nervous LEOs who are already in ready-to-go mode.
