This once great country has become nothing but a 3rd rate festering, steaming pile of manure and no one in Washington could care less! Makes me almost glad that Im in my senior years with just a short time left! So very, very sad!

ANY of these bizarre scandals would've resulted in impeachment of ANY other president, from George Washington to the younger Bush. Why do you suppose that this person is immune to criticism, much less punishment?

The Pentagon does not even care.
It continues to lose all respect as it SCREWS Americans
and ARMS al Qaeda for the undocumented
Moslem Tyrant-by-fraud with weapons.

7 years?
This ain’t Obamas doing. I am sure he had no idea.
Seems to me our military has a lack of credibility.

Those empty boxes are as close to being heroes as the usurper in our White House is to being an American or a president. From Obama’s perspective, why not pretend about honoring our heroes too?

IbJensen,
You are not alone.
We “youngens” (I am 55) were raised on your values too. we are the WWII living in the shadow generation.
All is not lost and the country is not a “pile of manure”.
Our leadership, (if you can call it that) is the pile of manure but who put these armatures in power, well, the majority need to follow an alternative path.
I suggest the US reinstate the draft as a compulsory service for all men and women, (I am a Vet). You see, young people need to be disciplined in their freedoms for 2 years minimum in order to APPRECIATE this Republic.
Mind you, it will be difficult to reinstate but it will restore civic responsibility, burdern-sharing and self-discipline.

I did a JPAC mission in Vietnam. There was a semi-formal ceremony where the remains were turned over to (I believe) State Department officials, who in turn gave the box containing the remains to a military detail. The box was placed in a standard military coffin in a dignified manner and then marched into our plane by an honor guard. We flew back to U Tapao and JPAC then took the remains. If this story is true, then it's a slap in the face to all those who served and died, as well as their loved ones and those who served and made it back home.

The worst part isn’t that empty boxes were given ceremonies, with Americans saluting them and praying over them. The worst part is, our patriots weren’t.

Before 6 a.m., the honor guard assembled behind the JPAC headquarters on the base. They loaded transfer cases onto the buses and drove to the hangar.I don't know what disturbs me more. The fact that Presidents have been involved for years or the fact that uniformed, if they're real, are duping their compatriots?
To: IbJensen
What disgusts me the most are all the illegitimate officers without Honor who allowed this. Add the enlisted who anonymously never reported it to the newspapers and we have a completely useless military that cannot be trusted to even handle our dead! The present day military sucks, BIG TIME !

My father is buried in Bushnell [FL] National Cemetery. I can almost hear him turning over now.
Public floggings are in order.
And I repeat what I have said before; those who think the US military is going to stand down if orders are given to imprison or fire on us should consider why in 7 years no one in the military leaked this information. Lotta people involved in this swill.

I don’t understand why this is a scandal. It’s the idea of honoring these dead soldiers that’s the point.

Like the Ottoman Empire circa 1910.
Still covers a lot of the world, lots of pomp, but rotten to the core and ready to collapse.

Sooooo, When The POTUS and Hellary had that HUGE PHOTO-OP when they returned the 4 assassinated Benghazi victims bodies, ALL 4 were empty? I’m sure Hellary’s Presidential Campaign believes this fact is going to go away. Not in my lifetime! Ugh, Scourges of the earth, every last RAT.
