As a follower of Jesus gains understanding of His teachings and their implications for everyday behavior and thought, he is supposed to show more of the consequential attributes of that process. Those attributes being love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance. (Galatians 5:22)
Jesus offered himself as a sacrifice that makes it possible for anyone who accepts the conditions to have eternal life. The only way a person can accept this offer is with fully informed consent. By the very nature of these conditions, the offer cannot be accepted under duress. And the conditions can be violated and the offer can be made moot.
The Muslim Brotherhood exists because their core doctrine is to show Muslims just how violent and cold-hearted their deity expects a true follower to be. This shows the extreme danger that Islam presents to the liberal west, because nothing that western society has to offer can compete against the preferential treatment in the afterlife that is guaranteed to a person who dies while bringing death and destruction to those who do not accept Islam.
Islam makes three demands upon those who are not under its control: convert to Islam, submit to Islam (by paying the annual ransom tax), or die resisting Islam’s conquest. Islam teaches that once a person has accepted its deity, it is a capital offense to leave the religion. Islam teaches that people can be converted under duress.
Liberal western societies are committing cultural suicide to allow anything other than a nominal number of Muslims to immigrate. Everywhere their population grows to more than just a small percent, they move to extend Islamic law and custom over all society, and some of those customs are violent such as honor killing. From this fertile ground always springs jihad against unbelievers. This is entirely inverse of having a majority Christian population.
It appears that liberals (er, “progressives”) have become so hostile to Christianity that they seek to embrace any other party who is also hell bent on destroying Christians. Part of the strategy is to dilute the Christian population by showing preferences to non-Christians for immigration. This is done under the cover of improving society through “diversity” and “multi-culturalism”. It is plan that this really means “anyone is welcome except people likely to be Christian.” or maybe even “you are especially welcome if you are from a group that is hostile to Christianity.”
We live in dangerous times. This will not end well at all. When Muslims achieve majority status in a society, they have zero interest in preserving any of the culture of the society they took over. They have a totally different idea of “civil rights”. The very civil rights cherished by leftists (er, “progressives”) such as free speech and freedom in personal sexual behavior, are capital offenses under Islam. But when the left wants something bad enough, they can be as blind as they need to be to justify their actions at the moment.
You just hit the nail on the head regarding obamacare. It is an Islam tax. Muslims are exempt from Obamacare, therefore it is a tax on non-Muslims.
