Well, lets see.
Obaba Regime buys 2 billion (+?) rounds on non-military use ammo (banned by Geneva Convention...only legal to shoot citizens with).
Obaba sets up his own domestic enforcer unit “Homeland Security/TSA” ala Hitler who also could not completely trust the Military.
Obaba militarizes the police and police become looking more and more like Military (machine guns, tanks, etc).
Obaba/Homeland Security define ordinary Americans as terrorists (and political opponents).
Obaba rules by dictate, picking and choosing which laws he will or will not obey/enforce.
Obaba ... on and on and on.

Chavez, Obaba, twenty five cents of difference.
