Next it could be a glitch with your government health care. Oops, I forgot, it’s already happening.

Lets ignore the welfare state angle for a moment.
Don’t these people have ANY stores of food in pantry or refrigerator? Even a single day’s worth?

Your grammar in the first sentence is pathetic. Where did you go to journalism school? Get a refund.

A government that can provide everything, can also take it away.
Maybe providing for one’s self isn’t such an outmoded concept?

Paid liars for the government said the system was down due to a “glitch” in the system after running backup. My guess is that they are running a test for financial collapse or if His Arrogance doesn’t get his way on the budget.

Since when is the 12th, ‘the beginning of the month’.

First, call Harry Reid. Then, call the Balloon Head in Chief. They did it.
Finally, if you like this treatment, you will LOVE Obamacare.

BS. The Government shutdown should have no impact on the “National Automated Clearing House Act” Electronic Payments Association. Plus SNAP is administered by the States.
It is probably a computer system glitch.

Why are these people buying their groceries at a 7-11 convenience store? The groceries are probably half again as much in price as at a regular grocery store. When you don’t have to earn the money for your food and get it from the taxpayers, I guess those price-saving practices don’t apply.
Stupid is as stupid does.

This is in Montana:
The Food I Bought With My EBT Card Was Destroyed. Can I Get Help?
It depends. If the food was destroyed because of a household misfortune or disaster, you may be eligible for additional benefits to replace what was lost.
What Is a “HouseHold Misfortune or Disaster?”
Some examples include:
Fire
Flood
Fridge or Freezer not working because of a power outage
What Benefits Can I Get?
You can get up to one month of benefits replaced.

Where is Governor Chris Christie at this critical time? Apparently, he doesn’t care that the peasants are starving.

"I think its horrible that people aren't able to get their food stamps. There are families out there that depends on these things, to feed their families," explains an Atlantic City man. You could have bought 7 acres of land in Detroit for 700 dollars and planted a garden and raised chickens.
