Ted Cruz Ping!
If you want on/off this ping list, please let me know.
Please beware, this is a high-volume ping list!
I’ve lost count of how many times the ‘rats on that video have used the word “hostage.” And nobody’s challenging them on it.
Still listening, the ‘rat mentions “right wing histrionics.”
Thanks for the link to the video. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D) was particularly irritating with his near constant complaints that Republicans are holding the country hostage. The black panel member, whoever he is, resorted to constant personal attacks on Senator Cruz. That panel member couldn’t discuss the issues.
BTW, Whitehouse implied it’s bad practice to free one hostage at a time (signing individual bills all members can agree on) versus freeing everyone at once. It seems to me it’s wise to free any hostages possible, including one at a time, if one is truly interested in the hostages. Would police really tell terrorists to stop freeing individual hostages until a deal could be made to free everyone? I think not.
The Black panel member is uber Marxist Van Jones
“..hostage... shoot them... hostages...”
Wow, wasn’t it the DEMOCRATS hollering at US to “tone down the rhetoric”???
I can’t believe HOW dishonest these guys are - on national t.v. to boot!
About this “hostage” business...
These are FUNDING BILLS, not people! THIS is EXACTLY what congress is SUPPOSED to do!! -Weed out the good stuff from the bad.
NOBODY on the right should allow this to be called “hostage taking”.
“hostage...hostage...hostage...hostage....”
That dimwit Democrat senator just LOVES that word. He must have stayed up all night in front of the mirror mouthing that word... or looking it up....
I agree. My point was simply that the Democrat senator’s position was irrational. He called it hostage taking and said they couldn’t free individual hostages. Well, that’s a terrible analogy. Do police really hold out for all or nothing in a hostage situation. I mean, if the police have a chance to peacefully save even a single hostage without preconditions, why wouldn’t they?
In other words, if I really cared about cancer treatments for children, why in the world wouldn’t I vote to fund them? So maybe I couldn’t get everything I wanted, but I’d save what I could, right?
The hostage taking analogy in this case actually applies much better to Democrats. They are the ones who are sending hostages back until all are freed. They keep returning hostages A, B, and C until hostage O (Obamacare) is also released. That’s irrational from a hostage taking perspective, and it implies Democrats have a different goal than simply saving individual hostages (that they claim to care about).
Someone please tell me the last word on the title that got cut off is “LIFE”.
If that slime and 50 women and children were being held hostage by some terrorists and they asked for one volunteer to be released, he would run over kids to get to the front.
