The Republicans need to refuse to do a CR or a budget at all fo 90 days at least. We need to see how this administration is going to prioritize, whether it will avoid default by paying the interest due first or will push default bu refusing to pay the interest until the limit is raised. Either way the country comes out ahead if there is also a Republican follow through. The limit should not be raised again, ever.

The democrats can’t delay it a year. They need all the people to sign up that they can get. I do agree that the republicans need to get past that so the world can be shown just how bad it is. The democrats don’t want the shutdown to end. That’s why we’ll either default or Obama will get everything he wants.
