as long as he doesn’t fund gov’t [except in single, piece-meal bills] I’m good.

Debt ceiling was distracting everyone from 0bamacare and from us funding the gov’t bit by bit.

The house MUST stand firm on funding gov’t thru individual bills. MUST.

Where is what he said? Is there a thread up yet with it?

Good. I'm glad you are still singing this song. He's not jumping off the cliff. He's repelling into the abyss. It's a slower means to the same end.

I hope I'm wrong. But history and experience predicted this direction. Now Obama gets to parade and take a victory lap about how HIS negotiations have saved the day and that the evil republicans have set us up to go through this all again. These "negotiations" will 1) open government and 2) fund Obamacare for another 6 weeks. Do you really think the republicans have the balls to do this twice? Really?

Boner Blinked. Obama now has the advantage because the GOP has again negotiated itself into a losing position.
