I just don’t see the point of it anymore.

Our only interests in the mideast should be restricted to defending our allies (Israel and to a lesser extent Jordan) from direct military attack.

A command decision had been made that the prize was not worth the risk of casualties to civilians and SEALs.

One would think that this decision should have been made before deploying our team in the first place.
