They are a monopoly originating in another country that is not really subject to laws of the EU, particularly since there is no viable way for the EU to deliver the same product to their own peeps.

This won’t EU from smacking a large fine on foreign companies because of their monopoly position. Anyone remember the billion dollar fine on Microsoft because they included Internet explorer on their OS

The Department for Energy and Climate Change has predicted gas prices in the UK could fall by as much as a quarter if the UK begins to exploit its natural reserves.
