There is no way that folks traveling to that inn are impacting government spending.

Moreover, if this is a private business, I wonder if this is some kind of case in which the park service was able to claim land, an agreement being that those absorbed businesses, farms, and homes could continue to function until that generation is gone.

If so, Pisgah Inn should tell the Fed to pound sand.

If not so, they should tell them to pound sand on the basis of the park belonging to the people and not to the groundskeepers.

The inn has status as a contracted vendor in the park.
