Ahhhh ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!

Which low info voters thought that the GOVERNMENT could anything run well or cheaper?!?!

That site is a riot. Free market works. Soviet style socialism, NOT SO MUCH!!

First of all, the people can’t get into the website, still. It’s been three days. Just to see what their premiums would be! They can’t even get in!! If that doesn’t tell you how things are going to look when you are on your couch watching Jon Stewart and suddenly have excruciating chest pains and need to call the ObamaCare wagon, nothing else ever will!! THIS IS YUR FIRST CLUE, LIBS!

Then, they are moaning at how their employer’s plan is half the cost! ObamaCare is going to be prohibitively expensive. If they earned just a little less, they could get it for free! Hmmm. Why work so hard??????

Looks like we’re going to party like it’s 1979! In Soviet Russia!

Life has consequences. If you can’t afford basic necessities, get another job, get married or find other family or friends to help you. Those people are able to have you do something for them in return for the help they give you. It’s not the taxpayer’s job to foot your bills while we get nothing in return.

Remember, FReepies. The free market will never go away. It comes from human nature, and it is here forever. Sure, in Soviet Russia the market was colored black, but in any color, we will always be able to deal with our medical care professionals. But the system - the big system in DC - needs a lot of help. They figured out they could vote themselves money and control.

And Obama was so choomed out in the 1980s that he must have missed what happened to the USSR and is condemned to repeat it.

FREE!??!!!?! Health Care For Everyone.

Lower premiums and better care.

Now Pelosi and Obama said they never promised those things. Hope these dorks learn a thing or two about how they got tricked.

VA, Affordable Care Act and You

What is the Affordable Care Act?

The Affordable Care Act, also known as the health care law, was created to expand access to coverage, control health care costs and improve health care quality and care coordination. The health care law does not change VA health benefits or Veterans’ out-of-pocket costs.

Three things you should know:
1 VA wants all Veterans to receive health care that improves their health and well-being.
2 If you are enrolled in VA health care, you don’t need to take additional steps to meet the health care law coverage standards. The health care law does not change VA health benefits or Veterans’ out-of-pocket costs.
3 If you are not enrolled in VA health care, you can apply at any time.

Veterans Enrolled in VA Health Care

The good news is that Veterans enrolled in VA health care programs have health coverage that meets the new health care law’s standard. You do not have to take any additional steps to have health coverage. Read more if enrolled…

Veterans Not Enrolled in VA Health Care

Veterans not currently enrolled in VA health care program can apply for enrollment at any time. Read more about enrolling…

Family Members

VA offers health care benefits for certain family members of Veterans through programs such as the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) and the Spina Bifida program. Read more about VA family programs…

Your family members who are not enrolled in a VA health care program should use the Marketplace to get coverage.

Additional Health Care Law Information

We understand you may have questions about the health care law and how it might affect you and your family. We compiled basic information about the health care law to help you make informed decisions about your health care. Let us know if you have questions regarding the health care law and your VA health care at 1-877-222-VETS (8387). After all, ensuring you receive quality health care is not just our obligation, it’s also our privilege.

Other thread A lot of them already get free insurance; as I understand it, this is actually to subsidize older sick people.

They were already covered, which I know from personal experience. The flukes were not.

I’d like to see a poll of those who supported this mess...

Now they’ve had a taste of what government-infested health care is about, do you change opinion of Obamacare and those who legislated it?

Not only will you be paying out the ass, but the government can deny medical treatment on a whim, and without a doubt if you are a Christian, or conservative, or registered republican or a gun owner, etc. etc.

I’ve had insurance through work, so I’m not looking Obozocare. I just got my notice on my 2014 premium increase. I will be paying $55 more per paycheck than I did in 2013. That’s not the worst of it. I’ve been on this plan since 2008. In 2008, it was roughly $100/paycheck (like most, I get paid every two weeks), or $216/month for me and my family. Not bad, actually, very good. Now, it’s going to be $240/paycheck (which works out to $520/month). Add the supplemental dental, which is around $45/paycheck, and we’re up to around $617/month for a family of four. That’s a frickin’ mortgage payment.
