There seems to be a huge disconnect between the comments and all the smiling face graphics pushing for people to sign up.

I’ll bet 99.99% of these people voted for the lying POS.

We told you so.

It’s like the realization some of my Soak the Rich friends have they finally figure out that the people they voted for think that my friends are part of the Rich. Median income isn’t a very high figure, and most make more than that. (Maybe not more than mean income, which is a bit higher)

No worries!

Keep voting Dim and we will force your neighbor to pay for your healthcare.

That’s fair, right? You want what they work for. Vote Dim and we’ll take it from them by force.

******

I have no sympathy for these people who vote to rob their neighbor.

Pound away at the:

Deductibles & out-of-pocket

It's the key to the argument. Premiums are less meaningful.

I predict a speech from Obama soon:

"When Bush rammed this Affordable Healthcare law through, I argued against it. Now, we must all stand together to pass a new bill that will fix these things I inherited."

On Thursday, the government's official Obamacare Facebook page was riddled with people expressing sticker shock over the government's high cost premiums after struggling for hours to wade through the technical failures vexing Obamacare exchanges all across the country.

Well, we tried to tell ya. Enjoy your "free" government healthcare . . . . . . . . . . morons!!

The cost is too high! The only option is single payer health insurance, but it will cost the same. And, since no good jobs are around and you are totally dependent on the government, we are opening government housing for the masses. Walls will enclose the housing complexes, but citizens will be free to roam within the walls. Everyone will be happy with their daily ration of “soma” and soylent green. How could anyone reject such a wonderful future? Of course we in the government will make sacrifices and live outside the compounds, existing only on natural foods and the hard work of subjects - I mean fellow citizens.

Let me see if I have this right. Assuming the computer “gulches” have been fixed, Obamacare will work this way:

1. I sign on to either a state or federal exchange on December 31st, 2013 and hopefully before New Years Eve is over, I have successfully enrolled in Obamacare.

2. Beginning in January, 2014 I will send in a monthly premium determined by the type of plan I have selected………..anywhere from $195.00 to $1400.00.

3. Then, every time I receive healthcare I will pay an out of pocket expense (a deductible) up to between $3000.00 and $8,000.00 each year.

4. Once I reach the deductible for that year, I only have to make a copay amount that could be between $10.00 and 200.00.

5. Now the good news. Let’s assume I am eligible for some subsidies. To receive those subsidies I will only have to wait until I file my federal or state income tax during the first three months of 2015.

Please feel free to add to or correct this process if you feel don’t have it quite right. My only disclaimer is the dollar amounts are for illustrative purposes only and the real amounts will vary based on the type of plan you select and individual demographic factors.

If you know what your numbers will be, you might want to post on it FR along with some of your demographics and then send it to your 2 senators and representative.

How can it be *we* knew about it, and none of them did? Are they that willfully ignorant?
