A young mother of two has been put to death in Pakistan for possessing a cell phone.
Arifa Bibi was sentenced to death by stoning by a Pakistani tribal court, and was executed on July 11 at the hands of her family. Her uncle, cousins and other family members threw stones at the woman until she died, all because she had a mobile phone. She was buried in the desert far away from her home village, and according to reports, her family was not permitted to be involved in her funeral.

I worked the window at the USPS and a women of color stormed upto the counter, piece of paper in hand, demanding her “phone”. I was flummoxed and told her I had no idea of what she was asking.
She became irritated stating she called “this number”” and they told her go to a post office to get a phone.
She finally left getting into fairly new shiny red Chevy truck.
I have left the USPS after 2 months b/c of the customers who are gubermit leeches getting money orders to pay bills, ebt and their insistence that I am their friggin servant!
Was looking for that angle in other articles but not finding it.
The articles are woefully short of the reason why the 'cellphone' was the reason she was executed. Which is typical of modern jouranlism; an attempt to influence devoid of the critical facts (like Why?).
Thank God this insanity is not genetic. However, the cultural insanity of these inbred barbarians does need a Darwinian culling.
