How is this cops gone wild? Even if they initially over-reacted normal people don’t try to wiggle away with cops pointing guns at them.
What if she had an outstanding traffic warrant or something similar and panicked. Not saying that she did, but it could be as simple as that when they aimed at her.
Normal Cops don’t shot first either.especially when a baby is in the car.
