This affects me; an inconvenience. Can’t shop at the commissary (appropriated funds) but the local grocery stores will be happy to get the business. Golf courses are a different pot of money (non-appropriated funds).
Meh, some of my remaining active duty friends are complaining abt commissary closures but using coupons and going on military discount day may save you more money. Kind of like what the civilian world does every day!
