In his little pea brain he’s thinking...”the gall to ask ME such a question”.

We delegated that to the Secretary. 2500 pages of “as the Secretary shall determine”.

On a similar arbitrary, capricious, related note.
Waxman on 10,535 Pages of Obamacare Regs: ‘Is It Important That I Read It?’
(CNSNews.com) – When asked by CNSNews.com whether he had read all 10,535 pages of final Obamacare regulations that have so far been published in the Federal Register, Rep. Henry Waxman (D-Calif.) asked in return whether it was "important" the he read them, dismissed the inquiry as a "propaganda question," and did not ultimately anwer.

CNSNews.com: "What I was going to ask you is if you've read those [10,535 pages] of regulations."

Waxman said: “Have you read them?”

CNSNews.com: "No. Have you read them?"

Waxman said: “Is it important that I read it?”

CNSNews.com: "Do you think that the American people should read it? I just asked you a very honest question. Whether you've read them? It's a yes or no question."

Waxman: "I think it is a propaganda question, and I refuse to talk to you about it."

How dare you speak to those people. You are to come to attention and stand with your back to the wall and your eyes looking straight ahead. Do not waiver! It’s sorta like what a convict in prison has to do when a civilian or politician walks buy and the prisoner is mopping the floor. We all might as well get used to it.

Even if he read it he wouldn’t understand it. No one does.

CNSNews.com: "No. Have you read [The Affordable Health Care Act]?"

Henry Waxman: “Is it important that I read it?”

WHISKEY. TANGO. FOXTROT.

This is the 'new normal', utter and pure insanity, emanating from the cupcake-traps of the Democrats.

This is the 'new normal', utter and pure insanity, emanating from the cupcake-traps of the Democrats.

Yes, sadly this admission from both Democrat Congressmen (Sen Warner -D; Rep Waxman -D) is the new normal. The Democrats are increasing no longer beholden, answerable to their constituents, the electorate. Provided monies (lobbyists) demands and receives their utmost attention, their votes nowadays.

Both columnists Ann Landers, and her Sister 'Dear Abby' were lamenting in the 1990's about society's decreasing civility, increasing rudeness, coarseness towards others. That respect for differing viewpoints, opposing opinions used to be heard, evaluation, measured and taken as a possible valid position.

The new normal yes, as a means to totally negate opposing stances. The new normal to ridicule opponents, ignore their compromises, to obviate all other considerations. The MSN certainly contributes to this new normal. I liken it to the analogy..."If a tree falls in the woods and nobody....". The new normal is to silence the opposition so nobody hears them, hence is there any opposition.

For years I have stated that the Conservatives/Republicans have lacked an adequate message and the strong, convicted messenger to deliver it. Sen Cruz comes close to my expectations, my hopes. But I discern that the new normal is preparing to 'Bork', 'Palin', him also.
