If they don’t stop him now, he’s going to continue to rewrite Obamacare in whatever ways he likes, to suit his redistributionist agenda.
One was that there are now 1,472 waivers to 0Care...(where's our exemption?), and...that the law being rolled out today is NOT even the same law that was originally *passed* (forced). In other words, they're enforcing a law that was not even passed. It's really NOT the law of the land.

Dr. Kawa has it right. Have you noticed Boehner’s strategy is to demand the same treatment for individuals as what Obama illegally gave companies, rather than demanding Obama obey the law?
Have you noticed the strategy is a one year delay, pushing consequences past the next election?
Boehner is just Obama in a costume.

Why aren’t they?
The word you’re looking for is Precedent. Most of our laws are based somewhat on laws that came before, decisions that came before.
Letting Obama get away with rewriting sections of Obamacare he finds politically damaging sets a VERY bad precedent.
