This is a position that the Republicans in Congress need to take up immediately, and push every chance they get. Obama is using the ACA as a sort of template to do whatever the hell he wants, while calling it "the law". It's no such thing. This needs to go out to ALL Pubbie's, immediately. The dims and McShamer's keep saying "it's the law of the land" to "get over it, it's the law" or "elections have consequences"...they are categorically wrong. What's being enforced, beginning today, IS NOT THE LAW!

What's being enforced, beginning today, IS NOT THE LAW! I expect Ted Cruz and Mike Lee to pick this up and run with it pretty quickly. In addition, conservative talk radio needs to start hammering it day and night, until Obama and the Dems choke on it.
We've got to use everything in our arsenal to stop this beast, and this one is a MOAB.
