The lawsuit, filed by Dr. Larry Kawa, claims that the regulatory changes violate the Administrative Procedure Act and go beyond President Obama’s constitutional powers.

How do we join the suit? I, and I'm sure, millions of other conservatives would even contribute monthly to hire the best legal firms in the country to challenge unconstitutional overreach.

It's time that the elected criminals be held to account and be impeached or fired for gross abuse of citizens' Constitutional protections, under color of authority, or for mythical national security...

Time to hire Mark Levin's law firm to file another lawsuit on behalf of all hard working Americans who are being stiffed by this out of control law? At least we can trust ML’s law firm to represent the best interest of the American people and not make a back room deal behind their backs.

I will not sign up for Obamacare, not today, not tomorrow, and not as long as I am alive. If every pissed off American did the same, this communist redistribution of wealth law would simply die under its own weight and implode.

Stay strong America, we will never be defeated if we all stand together against this out of control government, after all we created it under the constitution, we can take that same power back. Read Mark Levin's “The Liberty Amendments” for a strategic way to do just that, without Washington.
