If Dingy thinks this will increase respect from the GOP...FAIL. Trust, once lost, isn't easily regained.

Well, since lobbyists appear to run the government anyway, I guess he is at least a little more visible now.

An amazing stimulus, reflected in the wealth that is building up among members of the legislature and executive branches because of the activities of “stimulated” lobbyists.

If you are an ILLEGAL INVADER all you do is sign on the dotted line. IF you are a US CITIZEN they make you jump through endless hoops, until you die before you get Medicaid which is their goal.

Try Watching Damaged Care the story of the HMO’s scams to kill off the chronically ill so they make a big fat bundle! It is available on Amazon or NetFlix.

I think you’re absolutely right. And Reid has always, always struck me as one of the creepiest people in government.

Back in the seventies there was TV horror show called Fright Night hosted by “Seymour” a cadaverous looking fellow. Reid not only looks like him, but seems to carry the shows theme over into his politics.

I’m no fan of Bohner, but he isn’t the one being a hypocrite. There is no inconsistiency when the party that didn’t want Obamacare in the first place wants to be exempt from it themselves. The only hypocrites are the Dems who want to force us to have it while getting a pass.

This is what I think the Republican House ought to do. Pass a CR with wording that no one can be exempt, and that exemptions could not be granted under any circumstance. Then we would get to watch the Democrats in the Senate go through contortions as they reject that CR.

O'Reilly had an interesting proposal; pass a CR for each essential category of spending, separately. Send them on to the senate, and let Reid and his minions twist in the wind trying to say no to funding the military, homeland security, social security, medicare, etc.

Not that I am a Boner supporter, far from it, but actual the blame falls on Justice Roberts. Boner was just speaking the reality.

I hear you loud and clear. I was referring to the Dems talking points this past weekend.

You had better believe I blame Roberts. Yet when Boner said those words he may have well have said “It's done. Stick a fork in it.” Other than the usual pundits on FOX, no one was talking about it. I take that back. There was nothing but talk and 40-something meaningless, symbolic votes.

The GOP-e say they agree ObamaCare is bad but they disagree on the tactics. What tactics have they proposed other than “let it fall under its own weight.” Like that will ever happen. All they will do is throw more money at it; feed the beast to keep it alive. More money. More restrictions, rules & regulations. Less freedom. Less options regarding our own medical care.

Roberts holds the blame for rewriting the fine to be a tax. Boner bears the blame for letting it get to this point.

I agree, and he is a driving force for my serious consideration turning in my Republican registration and registering as an independent. I throw anything I get from the Republican Party into the trash.
