Anyone who is caught committing a crime and also belonging to a gang should do twice the time, in a camp where he has to wear dresses. For violent offenders, neuter them, remove all their tattoos, and make them serve twice the time wearing nothing but flower print panties. If cities, states and the federal government would spend half the time they spend on grabbing guns, destroying gangs, they would stop twice the crimes they stop now.
It didn’t take just one speech to turn those people into the animals they have become. Going back to LBJ and beyond the entire race has been denigrated by the Democrats who see them as a ready supply of loyal voters and a source of their national power. Mandingo lives!
