pass one individual bill after another to fund each section of the government and let Reid and the Democrats refuse to vote on or pass them on

I read something like that here on FR the other day. I think it is a brilliant strategy. Send individual bills for each and every department, but simply don't send one for Obamacare. If Dingy Harry decided to hold any of the individual bills hostage, then he is the one who "hates" this or that.
