The NCAA is a strictly honorary organization. It has no legal control over anything. Time to kick it to the curb. Time to stop pretending that "student athletes" are students. They're there to perform a job. Cut the comedy and pay them and stop pretending that you don't.

Better yet, all colleges and universities should be required to divest themselves of their athletic organizations. Let them stand on their own.
