And IIRC Attorney Corporal Reno announced, more than once,that that went double for “the most vulnerable among us”.
Barney must be terminally ill or something. Of course he admitted during a Townhall meeting that Obamacare was merely a stepping stone toward the goal of Canadian-style single-payer (socialized) medicine — so he does sometimes have his unguarded moments.
It would not surprize me to learn he's aware of God's chastening for being a faggot and an all around bad citizen/politician.
Barney was too good with words to NOT understand both sides of the argument ... he knows he's been wrong.

Single-payer is the goal of these socialists. They’ve covered up long enough but now feel they can just spell it out and call it like it is. Obamacare will fail enough and lead us into socialized medicine. And the cost of that will decimate US military spending. Canada relies on US to keep its ass safe. They need no real military spending. So their money gets dumped into healthcare.
