Now the question is ... is he a real Conservative Republican that supports de-funding Obamacare or does he just believe that the RINOs will prevail so his vote won't make a difference? He is up for re-election and a conservative vote will help him during the election. He can then say ... “ See how conservative I am? I voted to de-fund but the other Senators over ruled me”.
